My money.
On your outcome.
The only accountability program in the country where the guy in your corner loses money if you don't win.
You define the promises. You do the work. I put the money on it.
How it works.
In our first call — week one, before we've done anything else — you write down three concrete promises. One in your business. One in your body. One in your relationships.
Each one is specific, measurable, and dated. Not "get in shape." Not "grow the business." A number, a behavior, or a milestone that anyone in the room could grade as kept or not kept when we get to day 90.
You sign your name to those three. So do I. That's the contract.
The math on day 90.
We sit down together and grade the three promises. Not by feel. By the definitions you wrote in week one.
Kept fewer than two of the three — and you did the work on your end — I refund every dollar.
Full refund. No forms. No arguments. No small print. You didn't get what you paid for; you get your money back.
What "did the work on your end" means.
This is the only qualifier, and it's not a loophole — it's the reason the guarantee is possible in the first place.
The program only works if you show up. So the guarantee requires you to show up. Specifically:
- All 12 weekly calls attended or rescheduled inside the same week. Missing calls without communication voids the guarantee — because the mechanism can't operate without them.
- Daily check-ins completed on 80%+ of weekdays (48 of 60). Two-word replies count. Silence doesn't. The daily rep is where the identity shifts.
- Sunday game plans read and acknowledged. I write them. You read them. Monday's work is only obvious if you looked at Sunday's plan.
That's it. Show up to the calls, hit the daily reps, read the plan. If you do those three and you still don't keep two of three promises, I lose money. That's the deal.
Why I can offer this.
Two reasons.
First, the mechanism works. Time, intent, clarity, executed on a daily and weekly rhythm, with a peer who won't let you drift — that's how identity actually changes. Every man I've run this with who did the work kept at least two of three. Most kept all three.
Second, my skin is in the game. If you don't win, I lose money. Not "we didn't click, sorry." Money out of my account back into yours. That's the only version of this I could look at myself in the mirror running.
A man who won't put money on his own method probably doesn't believe in it.
The one thing this isn't.
This isn't a satisfaction guarantee. I'm not refunding you because you didn't like the tone of a call or you decided in week 6 the format wasn't for you.
This is an outcome guarantee. The outcome is measured against the promises you wrote in week one, on day 90, together. If you did the work and the outcome wasn't there, that's on me and I'll write the check.
If you didn't do the work — missed calls, skipped daily check-ins, ghosted for weeks — the guarantee doesn't apply, because you didn't run the mechanism I guaranteed. Fair on both sides.
Application, not a purchase. If it's a fit, we book a 20-minute call. Either we start Monday, or we don't. From soft yes to committed action.
